I'm already drinking smoothies every other day, if not daily, eating healthy breakfasts, legumes + mixed veggies for lunch, dinners. Fish, chicken meat are sometimes included, 2 or more times/week. Is it ok to supplement with Omega 3 daily?

If you like, you only need a couple of grams so the fish might do it already.0
