What does MFP classify as slow, moderate, vigorous for an exercise bike? I have been putting moderate and I average 12-14mph. Is that about right?

Just a question on what MFP would classify this as for cardio calories. It's a 2 in 1 elliptical. You can sit on it and ride it as a bike.
