No eating after 7
Well, that is my goal this week. I work 12-hour shifts and I get home around 7:30. My goal is to not come home and eat! Anyone else make weekly goals like this?

Makin a change
I have to make a change! I won't go into details, but I haven't felt happy and healthy in about 3 years. Headaches
Does anyone else experience excruciating headaches that last long than a day following a junk food binge? I've thought the worst case scenario, but I'm hoping it's just the combination of salty, sugary, processed food and not being hydrated that has caused my headaches.
