So far for the past 4 days I have eaten 2 boiled eggs with my meals for breakfast. I seen research online that the egg myth was debunked. I'm still not sure if there would still be any cholesterol problems. Do any of you guys think it's safe to eat eggs daily or should I stick to egg whites.
I work a desk job from 9-5. But other than that I workout 3-4 times a week and I make sure to get a minimum of 10k steps a day. Am I lightly active or moderately?
