Is it bad to be losing weight too fast?
Hey guys, I've only been dieting for a little while now. (Day 20 apparently according to MFP) I want to lose weight but I want to do it in a healthy and sustainable way. I have dropped 3.3 kg in 20 days, and I'm worried if that's too much considering healthy weight loss is between 0.5-1 kg per week and 2-2.5 kg in a month.…
