Is it bad to be losing weight too fast?

Hey guys,

I've only been dieting for a little while now. (Day 20 apparently according to MFP) I want to lose weight but I want to do it in a healthy and sustainable way. I have dropped 3.3 kg in 20 days, and I'm worried if that's too much considering healthy weight loss is between 0.5-1 kg per week and 2-2.5 kg in a month. My starting weight was 91.9 kg and I'm down to 88.6 kg. I have been consuming at least 1200 cal every day.
My question really are: Can fast weight loss still healthy or should I consider increasing my calorie intake to slow my decrease?

It's normal to lose a lot of water weight at the beginning. If the rate of loss doesn't begin to drop off in the next week or two, then definitely increase your intake.

If you have weight to lose it not uncomon to lose a large amount of weight at first. And your body may release water weight in the beginning.
That's what happend to me when I started.
