Doing great! Walking a lot on most days!!! I'm sick of being fat. 30lbs down and 130 more to lose! I've got this I know I do! Logging my weight 3x a day. Keeps me motivated to drink more water and steer away from carbs and stuff!!!

Always been the big friend. Oh your just "thick boned" no, I'm fat. At 5 foot 8, 253. Fat fat fat!!! I really am working hard to get to 120lbs! I'll make it I know. Just sometimes need some extra motivation.

130lbs to lose.....
There became a time when I thought, what has happened to me. My weight was 282. And I was so depressed. Walking and eating right and I was still gaining.... But now! Down to 267.8 in only about 12 day I'm thinking to myself you've got this! Low calorie and exercise and only water to drink. I've got this! Would love to feel…

Getting started AGAIN. But this time has to be the last! 14 days in and almost 15lbs down! I need to make this change, who is with me? Looking to lose 130lbs currently at 268 -__-

Wish I could meet my goals!
I currently weigh 273. Would really like to reach 250 by September. Is that reasonable? I'm 5 foot 7. My long term goal is 175. So literally 100lbs I would love to lose.

100+ to lose!
I've been on and off mfp for over 2 years. I am back and ready to give it my all! Trying hard, but gaining weight.....so I'm going at it through another approach. Vegetarian style(: friend me if you want and we can be on this journey together!! 100lbs and my chains will be gone!
