Doing great! Walking a lot on most days!!! I'm sick of being fat. 30lbs down and 130 more to lose! I've got this I know I do! Logging my weight 3x a day. Keeps me motivated to drink more water and steer away from carbs and stuff!!!

    i have 130 more to lose too, 35 pounds down. Sounds like we have the same goals.

    I have 140lbs more to lose, down 60lbs so far. It'll take a while, but we can all do this!

    It may sometimes feel like it's taking forever, but don't give up. There will come a time where your weight loss has stalled, but hang in there. Remember to update your calorie intake for every 10 pounds you lose just to make sure you're staying within your allotted numbers. Measure yourself once a month as sometimes you may not lose on the scale, but you'll lose inches. A loss is a loss so take it for what it is. Find some friends on here to help you be accountable and if you start feeling discouraged, don't be afraid to reach out to them for help. Also feel free to browse the success boards on here to help keep you motivated.
