From Western NY

Always been the big friend. Oh your just "thick boned" no, I'm fat. At 5 foot 8, 253. Fat fat fat!!! I really am working hard to get to 120lbs! I'll make it I know. Just sometimes need some extra motivation.

    Not a health expert or anything but definantly try to avoid foods with a lot of fat and sugar as much as possible. Jogging or a brisk walk for 20 minutes a day helps a lot too. Good luck!
