How to adjust my diary?
Hey everyone! I'm trying to add an additional snack section so I can have smaller meals and eat more often during the day. I'm hoping that his strategy will help me with my tendency of binging. My problem is- I can't figure out where I'd add an additional category. Thank you!

Binging Help!
I'm seriously having a problem with my midnight munchies and can't seem to get back on track. Recently, my sister and I made a batch of cookies at 3am (which wasn't very smart), and we both completely annihilated the tray. Ever since then I've pretty well lost control. Help!

I usually try and get my workouts in towards the end of the day... Would it be smarter to workout before I eat dinner or after?
