Hey friends!
Lately I've been doing absolutely horrid health-wise; binge eating & sedentary. I've been trying to work up the confidence & ambition towards becoming healthier once again but I'm struggling!! Can anyone offer me an extra push/some motivation??

Day 3 of keto...3 days ago I was binging. Just reset and put that work in. How bad do you want it. You can do anything!1 -
There's no time like the present to get started on a health kick. It is a challenge but you can do it1
