Hey friends!
Lately I've been doing absolutely horrid health-wise; binge eating & sedentary. I've been trying to work up the confidence & ambition towards becoming healthier once again but I'm struggling!! Can anyone offer me an extra push/some motivation??

    Day 3 of keto...3 days ago I was binging. Just reset and put that work in. How bad do you want it. You can do anything!

    There's no time like the present to get started on a health kick. It is a challenge but you can do it

    The sun rises and falls. Days happen. Time passes. You can live as an obese person, unhealthy, in pain, depressed. You can live as a healthy person, feel good, live longer. Your choice.

    Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What's holding you back? Just do it. Count your calories, log it, and stay at your calorie count. If you go over one day once in awhile, you won't derail. Just don't make it a habit, or you'll be back where you started!
