Weighing chicken?
Are you supposed to weigh chicken before or after it's cooked for proper calorie count? My raw 3.2 oz breast became 2.3 oz of cooked meat.

Road Snacks!
Does anyone have suggestions for driving snacks? I'm driving 9 hours this weekend and road trip snacks have traditionally been bad for me. What do you eat when you're driving? PS, I can't do sunflower seeds... I lack the necessary skills.

Most accurate calorie burn estimate?
So the elliptical at my gym, after I put in my weight and go for half an hour usually says I've burned about 350-400 calories. MFP for that time says I should be at like 650.
