Please forgive me if this is too graphic. Phen leaves me a bit constipated. I am able to go (a little) only every 3/4 days or so. I know I am eating less, but I used to go everyday on the same type of eating plan, so it has to be the Phen. I eat lots of fiber, and even tried a laxative (never again). What works for you all?
