  • Welcome! I am 5'7" and started at 200lbs. I am now at 150lbs and have reached a bit of a plateau. I, maybe, want to lose 10 more lbs, but I guess we will see.
  • Great job! That's awesome! I started Phen on May 3. In 5 months, I've lost 43.2lbs, which is 21.6% for me. I don't remember the last time I have weighed this little. I am 5'7" and have a lot of muscle, so I probably don't have more than 10lbs to go, if that. I have had stalls, but luckily I can see the patterns which…
  • Nice, what time do you take it at?
  • The averages help keep me motivate on those crappy weeks. I was told to break the 37.5 in half, and I take half at 10 and half at 3. I sleep well, so it seems to help me. However I have noticed some cravings coming back. I may try maintainence for a couple days :)
  • That's awesome Nancy. I put mine in a chart too. It helps to see the progress!
  • Helol! Welcome! Best of luck! It sounds like it has worked well for you in the past.
  • That is awesome, ladies! Keep up the good work. I also keep track week by week. I have noticed some patterns, and know that my plateaus will even out. Thank you for sharing!
  • Hi. Welcome. I have been on Phen since May 3, and it has really helped me get past the sugar cravings! Best of luck!
  • Thank you! Sounds good!
  • How often do you take it? Over the past couple of weeks, I only average going every 4 to 5 days with some type of help. It's normally been milk of magnesia. I also and thinking about trying the psyllium capsules.
  • I know it can be frustrating, but stick with it. I lose more weight at different time in my cycle. Then I went 10 days with nothing. It will catch up. I agree on talking to your doctor about the mess. Also, stress can have an effect. Sounds like you are going through a ton! :( Try eating a lot of protein, especially for…
  • Hi! Not b12 or shot. I was told to break the Phen in half. I take half at 9:30 and half at 2:30.
  • Awesome! How much are you trying to lose? 16.4 pounds in 5 weeks. Only 33.4 til goal!
  • I was started on the 37 dose, but I was told to break it in half. I take half around 10, and then half around 3. I have heard that it helps with an extra boost in the afternoon. I also noticed that it affects me differently during different times of my cycle. Also, what about taking a day off? I wonder if that might help.…
  • That's awesome! Keep it up!
  • Good luck! I second the logging. That is how I make sure I eat enough. ;)
  • This last week was that TOM, so I'm hoping that was it. I do try and drink as much water as possible, but I'm not a big water fan. I have started using some flavoring that I picked up, and I dilute it with about 2x as much water as they say. Would that make a difference? Thanks ladies!
  • Getting a bit frustrated! My first two weeks, I lost 9 pounds. I am the exact weight now that I was last Tuesday. Every day, I keep hoping the scale will show a loss.
  • Been on for exactly 2 weeks. I haven't really had any side effects. They gave me another 4 weeks yesterday, so fingers crossed they go as well!
  • I would pack lots of snacks. If I'm not prepared, that's when I tend to make bad choices. :) Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water! 12 hours is quite a day! I make sure I try and eat stuff I would normally eat with my family, just in moderation. This will hopefully make it easier to keep off the weight.
  • That's awesome! Good for you. 30lbs is quite an accomplishment! I am in 2 weeks today, and I've lost 9lbs.
  • I haven't heard that it takes the water out of you. I struggled with drinking water before, but I've definitely done better while on Phen! Usually at least 8 glasses. Good to know! Friend request accepted. Thank you!
  • I would love to have some friends. I just started it a week ago, and I have lost 6 pounds. It makes me a bit nervous, so I am trying to do everything to make sure I am prepared for the challenges of being off of it.
  • Hello everyone. I lost almost 50 pounds in 2012 doing weight watchers. After a surprise baby, I ended up gaining it all back. Since then I have tried on and off to do the same plan, but I just can't seem to get past the first few days. That is when I went in and got a prescription for phentermine. I have been on it a week,…
