Not losing

Like being "thick" but...
I need my stomach gone. I know I can't choose where I loose my weight but I was hoping for some tips/pointers/work out ideas that will help with my stomach. This is me. And ME, wants to wear a bikini this summer. I know I am far from "fat" but I am too insecure to rock that 2 piece.
