BMI?

Where can I go to see what my BMI is? I don't have a gym membership, just using the one at my work but their aren't any coaches or anything.

    Do you mean body fat% because BMI is very easy to find out. Just google BMI calculator and plug in your weight and height.

    You will likely need some sort of device to find body fat %. Calipers or an electronic device.

    If you are set on knowing the % with good accuracy, calipers are the way to go. If you just want to make sure the % keeps going down, an electronic device used properly will be a decent guide (and easier than calipers).
