Questions for those who have lost 100+ lbs- How long did it take you to lose that much weight? Have you been able to keep it off? Do you still track your food daily even though you are at maintenance weight (assuming you are at your goal)?

Exercise Video Games (like Wii and DDR)
Does anyone still use their Wii Fit, Wii Sports, or DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) for exercise? That is my main cardio at the moment until I can work my way up to running. 3 lb weighted hula hoop?
Does a weighted hula hoop actually do anything? Is it considered cardio or strength training? Also what's up with the ridges on some of them? They hurt :( I'm just curious because I bought one recently and wonder if it's even worth using.

Pasta/rice weight in database is cooked or dry?
Is the serving size info on the pack for dry or cooked weight? I assume it's dry, unless otherwise stated. For example, I had 75g (dry) of thin spaghetti at 265 calories but it just seemed like too much food to me? Or maybe my stomach is shrinking since it is my 24th day eating smaller portions!
