I know all these young people are active. I didn't find the category for even less then sedentary when I set up my profile. I'm 59 and have no desire to exercise. BUT, my weight loss is slowing done. So nag me, tell me I can do it...mostly tell me how you get moving!

Ok I'm mid-50's and have lost about 45 pounds. I'm expecting loose skin but have you ever have the excess skin itch??? I'm itching like crazy and no logical reasons why!

Sugar free rice pudding
Ok I'm wondering is it the glycemic index of the rice in sugar free rice pudding that raises my blood sugar? I've had different flavors with about the same amount of carbs, covered with the appropriate insulin. The other flavors don't cause my sugar to raise like the s/f rice pudding. Might have to put it on the "naughty"…
