I go gym 5 times a week and burn at least 1,000 calories every time i ago according to the pure gym machines. Ive been going 3 weeks now and my weight hasn’t changed at all. Am i doing something wrong.
Can some one please tell me why is my body fat going down but my weight going up Last week i was 131kg and had 51% body Today I weight 132.6kg and my body fat is 48% am i doing something wrong
