I would ask if you've got a digital food scale and are weighing and measuring all your food and drink? Concentrating on exercise to lose weight doesn't always work. You need to be in a deficit or you're just spinning your wheels.
Get your daily calorie goal and stay within it for 2 weeks. See how it goes. Don't get me wrong, I love exercise and do a lot, but cutting calories is primary for weight loss. Good luck.0 -
Also, a new exercise regime will often cause water retention for muscle repair, which will mask fat loss on the scale.
PS: what are your stats? And what exercise are you doing? 1000 calories per exercise session sounds inflated.0
