Losing weight
Hello I am new to this and I need advice. I am 21 and want to lose 20 pounds. I weigh 146. I have been dieting for 34 days now. I eat 1200 calories a day. I try not to eat dark meats, only turkey, chicken, and fish. I quit drinking soda, and eat more veggies and fruits. More protein. I dont excercize much but I am not…
