New Stationary Bike is SO uncomfortable! Help!
I am so excited to start riding my new Proform 505 SPX but oh my gosh I can barely sit on it. I managed .5 of a mile yesterday, and today 1.3 with a seat cushion. But ouch!! Am I sitting on this wrong? The new cushion barely helps.

Eating too little
Now that I am counting my calories I'm having a hard time eating enough. I'm at 850 and it's 7pm. I have been trying to eat healthy things and don't want to "waste" my calories and then end up not eating enough. I know I need more protein but I'm not much of a meat eater but am trying! What to set your goal weight
I am not sure what my goal weight should be. I am 5ft 2inches and currently at 134 with a goal of 120. Maybe it should be more or less. I just picked what sounded nice and thin :)
