Its my 1st week back in a while and I have been really strict with calories.. being well under most days. Weighed in this morning and haven't lost a single pound!!! I'm so disappointed. Anyone else have this?
Im really struggling to make calories, Protein and Carbs all balance out. Like today for instance im around 400 calories under.. im about 90 under my carbs and 15 over in protein.
