Weight loss and back pain
Hey everyone. Ive had pretty constant lower back pain for about 5 years now and i was curious if after losing about 40 lbs (which is how much i want to lose) if the pain would subside or if bodyweight didnt play much of a role in most back pain.

With weight loss its harder since you cant force it but if you reach a point you arent seeing results then you know what? Bloated look after eating bad
Ok so ive done this quite a few times in the past but i just ate pretty bad for about a week and gained about 7 lbs. I know its water weight and ill drop back down after another week or so of being healthy, but does anyone else look horrible when this happen? Like my muscles have lost most definition and my love handles…
