Back at it again
This is my second time loosing weight, first time I started at 140 and got down to 103 (I'm 5'0) . I bulked for wrestling season and gained some fat with muscle. I'm now in the process of enlisting for Marine boot camp trying to continue gaining strength while losing fat. Any tips, suggestions and motivation welcomed.
