I know how much harder it is for females to gain muscle, let alone get a "bulky" look. Id like to eventually get into body building. What's the best way to go about doing this as a woman? How much protein should I be eating? How often should I be increasing weight? Recommended supplements? I'm definitely in shape, just not sure where to go from here.

120lbs
18 yrs

So not a women, but men and women can do things the same.

Protein, ~90-120g will work (120g might even be a bit excessive.
    Supplement, don't really need anything
Increasing weight, aim for .5-.8lbs per week
Increase weight part II, try to increase each week to get stronger

And start with a structured full body lifting routine
