Grr... This has happened before but not this soon. I know that the first 20lbs. are lost fast, I got that but now it seems to have stopped completely. How do you keep your body from holding on to weight? I eat about 1800 calories down from 4000 but I'm not hungry. I'm at1800 because that's all I'm hungry for so eating more…
