Walking makes me confident!
I've felt so much better about myself after i started having the goal set to walk everyday. I aim for 10,000 steps and although most days I dont reach it, I'm happy to strive for a goal. Anyone else enjoy walking? Whats youre daily goal?

After logging for a few days:
I realized my downfalls and all the areas,in which i needed to work on and change. I'm 5'2, pretty sedative, and have been netting easily 2000+ each day.
