I realized my downfalls and all the areas,in which i needed to work on and change. I'm 5'2, pretty sedative, and have been netting easily 2000+ each day. It no longer a surprise as to why i have gained weight. Downloaded LG Health and I'm now tracking my steps and downloaded this app to help me tackle dieting. I AM READY TO TAKE CHARGE!

Hi and welcome! I'm 5'2" as well, and I'm down 47 pounds, it's totally doable! You're off to a great start with logging what you eat. Make sure you read the stickied posts about weighing your food, etc., it will help. Feel free to add me as a friend and ask questions.3

Logging is an eye opener. A food scale is an even bigger one.
Sounds like you’re starting off well!2 -
