New to MFP 21, 5'2 120lb

Hi I just started MFP. I was 108lb 5 months ago, but never maintained it healthily. I barely ever ate. I became sober from drugs and alcohol and went haywire with eating to fill the void. Now I've created a bad habit of binging that I can't seem to break. I know I shouldn't eat donuts or icecream everyday, but I do. I've been netting 2000+ call a day with a majority of them being from carbs. I landscape but it's not really physically demanding. It's more strength based than cardio. Working outside in the heat kills my energy to workout in the evening. Hoping to stick to a stricter diet to lose the first few pounds and hit the gym when landscaping season dies down. Id like to gain more muscle and lean out. I dont really know where to start. How many calories I should be eating/macronutrients. Looking for some friends on here to share tips, vent, and to motivate each other along the way.
