Example: Lets say my maintenace is 3000cal and I am cutting so I am consuming 2500cal a day. Now here is my question. I hit the gym hard for about 1.5 hours and cardio (tred) 9Incline 3.5speed for about 45 mins a day burning lets just say 500cal should I track that and consume 3000cal a day or stick to 2500cal?
