I learned a lot about calorie counting and keeping track of my macros by using MFP and I lost a good amount of weight. I went from 250lbs (240 when I started MFP) and dropped down to 180lbs. I started bulking a few months ago and didnt feel the need to track, but I am back now & ready to shed some weight! I am 6'4" and currently 204lbs and hope to get down to about 180-185 and see what im looking like. LETS DO THIS!
