Lets say my maintenace is 3000cal and I am cutting so I am consuming 2500cal a day.
Now here is my question. I hit the gym hard for about 1.5 hours and cardio (tred) 9Incline 3.5speed for about 45 mins a day burning lets just say 500cal should I track that and consume 3000cal a day or stick to 2500cal?

When I'm cutting (like now) I always go with the smaller number no matter what.0

You should eat back the 500 calories. But if you are not losing, you could have some error in your logging, so reduce your intake by another 100. Or just get accurate with your calorie counting.
But adding, how are calculating your calorie burns? It seems low.0
