Hello! I've been here before and I'm back to logging my meals. I'm going to give keto a whirl and see if it helps me drop some weight and fat. Anyone else doing keto? I'd love to follow so I can get some meal ideas, you can maybe get some ideas from me too :) !

Back at it after 4 months
Trying to get back at it! I have taken a break from the app for about 4-5 months with minimal gain during the break. Took a photo today and compared it to my starting point (165ish) from last year around June currently at about 152. Looking to get back on track and drop 10-15 more before June this year!

Running on treadmills is boring
Any tips for longer distance running? I can't seem to stay on the treadmill for more than 20 minutes, if I'm jogging/running I get tired and need to stop if I'm walking I just get plain bored lol.
