Reverse effect?
Hi guys! So I feel like every time I try to focus my mind on eating healthy and making the right choices, I always get really strong cravings for chips, sweets etc. does this happen to anyone? I've meal prepped and set myself up for success but somehow my cravings get the better of me :( Anyone have tips? Thanks!

Vegetarian meal prep ideas - Help!
Hi guys :) So I'm on break from college and being at home is hard because a lot of Indian food is a lot of carbs minus the veggies. So I wanted to make my own meals Does anyone have good filling vegetarian ideas I can prep? Lunch and dinner please! Breakfast I usually do oatmeal or eggs. Thanks!! Priya

Portion size vs. Serving size
Hi everyone! What do you think about the difference between a serving size and a portion size when trying to lose fat/weight? This is my first week where Im trying to log what I eat and I used a scale to measure out my lunch and dinner based on the serving size. Is there a difference between the two? Thanks!

Food scale?
Hi everyone! So I've been trying really hard to lose weight, and have not been successful at all but not giving up :) I want to purchase a food scale because I have a feeling I'm overeating, does anyone have suggestions for a brand or type? Thank you!

Question
I have a question, I meal planned for this week and it says that I still have approx. 400 calories left to eat. I also will be going to the gym. MFP has set up 1200 cals/day. So im only at 800 ish. When does this become unhealthy?/How can it hinder my progress?

Life balance while losing fat
Hi everyone, So I recently just bought a scale and this is my first week that I prepped everything and used it. I never realized how big my portions were. My issue is that I'm only 21, and I still like to go out with my friends to enjoy drinks like once or twice a week. How much does alcohol hinder weight loss?
