Hi everyone,
So I recently just bought a scale and this is my first week that I prepped everything and used it. I never realized how big my portions were.
My issue is that I'm only 21, and I still like to go out with my friends to enjoy drinks like once or twice a week. How much does alcohol hinder weight loss?

As long as you stay in your calories, you'll be fine.
If you tend to get mixed drinks (vodka/rum with juice and/or soda), try going for something lower on calories, like vodka with diet soda. Consider alternating between alcohol and water.
You can also bank calories - eating 100-200 less during the week so you have extra for social events
