Beginning to run
Hey everyone! So abou 3 years ago I was really into running. I ran about 3-4 times a week and did several 5ks. I went through some mental and physical issues and stopped running. During that time I have gained about 38 pounds and I currently weigh 187. Do I need to lose a few pounds before I can start a running program…

FitBit and MFP
It says that my fitbit is synced with MFP but it's not giving me any of my exercise information on MFP. Can anyone help? I have tried to disconnect and reconnect them. Thanks in advance!

What to do for protein???
I don't eat hardly any meats at all, eating veggies for dinner isn't keeping me full. Anyone have any suggestions on how to add protein to my dinner?

Sugar free or regular creamer
Is it better to have sugar free creamer than regular creamer? I hear such contradicting stories that sugar free is bad for you, and that real sugar is actually better. Any suggestions?
