  • I have been doing HIIT so I guess that’s why, I will try tonight to leave as other and see what happens. Thanks everyone for your help!
  • That’s the problem, mine isn’t syncing for some reason. It hasn’t been for weeks now. It only gives me credit for steps and not workouts.
  • I left ww today too because of the new program! I lost 50 pounds on the system they had. Losing 7 points a day has me starving! What they don’t understand is that just because it has 0 points doesn’t mean it has 0 calories. It still has calories! I am with you girl and I am picky too! Decided I would come back and just…
  • Lesson learned from all of this: Don’t ask questions up here because there are way too many know it alls. Stay away from the community boards. Obviously people talk about things without doing all the research. There is such a thing as carb sensitivity. So much for looking here for help or support. I see why the weight…
  • I meant over 200 carbs a day not 20. I have lost 50 pounds on weight watchers but as I have become more active weight watchers isn’t working for me anymore
  • I am just trying to lower carbs. I am almost at goal weight. Like seriously less than 5 pounds away. Trying something different. Low fat doesn’t work for me so I am trying to make better choices of real food. I was consuming over 20 carbs a day, eating whatever as long as it fit in my calories. And even though I stayed in…
  • I guess it’s because I feel lost and overwhelmed with weights. And when I research it there are so many different opinions and plans it’s overwhelming. Running is easy
  • Actually I do weigh everything out, I am ocd and everything has to be right. I put in the fruits and veggies on mfp as I did on ww whether it had points or not.
  • I am not taking for weight loss as I have already lost 45 pounds and only have about 5 pounds left to lose. I am taking it because of depression/anxiety. A few years ago I took some medicine for the same thing and it made me gain weight rapidly. I was hesitant to take anything again for fear I would gain weight after I…
  • How long did you have to take it before you noticed an improvement in your mood?
  • How long did you have to take it before you noticed it helped you?
  • Thanks! I have always had a booty, it just looks better now lol
  • Hey everyone! I did weight watchers for most of it and just started making better food choices. I walk 2-3 miles 6 days a week and do some weight lifting. I still am not where I want to be but I am getting closer!
  • I have a Fitbit and I usually average between 13,000-15,000 steps a day
  • No it not my TOM. I am going to take my measurements tomorrow and see if there has been any change. I keep telling myself that the number on the scale doesn't matter because I feel so much better. But it's still discouraging.
  • No not really on the new exercises. I have been running for 6 weeks and my weight lifting hasn't changed except for the amount weight I lift and my reps. I wear a Fitbit, but I never eat back my exercise calories because I am never sure how accurate that actually is.
  • I am not eating back any of my exercise calories. My goal set by mfp is 1420. I don't ever eat my exercise calories back.
  • Not really sure why this is funny, I have been this way all my life. I had a bad encounter with something when I was a small child and became very sick. After that experience I was very selective in what I ate and I still am.
  • Awesome! Thanks y'all!
  • I can't eat almonds because they hurt my stomach so I wonder if it would be safe for me to have almond milk
  • I don't eat meat so adding milk helps me meet my protein goal
  • Well what's the best option to mix with my protein powder? I don't like it mixed with water.
  • Awesome thanks!
  • Thanks! It seems to me that it is way healthier to make your own things!
  • Thanks everyone, I will check into those links that were shared
  • I really want to tone, that is my main goal and then build muscle. I run every other day and I want to incorporate strength training on my non run days
  • Thanks, I will try some of the vegan options that were mentioned. I don't eat meat, that's why I asked. Not going to force myself to eat something I don't want too but thank you for your input.
  • I am 5'4. Thanks a bunch! I have a good pair of shoes I got at a running store a few months ago when I was going to start back. I have my eating back under control and I just think it's time to add some workout back. I hate I ever let myself go, I was doing weight lifting and running and I just quit. Thanks for your help!
  • Just dry mouth that's about it. To the people who are being kind of snarky, I just asked a general question. No need to be total jerks about it. I am happy with a pound a week. I am just an impatient person in general. That goes for everything including my weight. So I have to learn to be patient with everything. My plan…
  • Thank you, I do not plan on staying on them. I have done this before and I know it takes time. I was just going to take it for about a month or so just so I could get back in the habit of good portion control and working out. Once I get going I will be fine. I have tried in the past again on my own with no results. Just…
