Should my net calories be what mfp sets for me? I have been eating between 1200-1400 calories a day. Mfp has me set at 1410, but with my exercise calories I am only having a net calorie amount of about 700-1000. Is that too low?

I am staying between 1200-1300 calories a day. I workout each day but I never eat those calories back. I have heard so many people say if you workout and don't eat enough you won't lose any weight.
