Weight Gain

My weigh in was Monday and I was up a pound a half, also the same day Shark week started. I keep telling myself the weight gain is from that. I have been doing this for a month so far and it's so discouraging. I work out 6 days a week. I log and weigh everything that I eat. I spend all afternoon on Sunday's doing meal prep for the week. I don't just assume when I add something to my log, I literally weigh everything including my protein powder scoops. How long after shark week starts does your weight typically go back down? I feel like it's mostly water retention because my rings feel tight.
