40 pounds down!

40 pounds down since January and only 10 to go to my original goal! Not sure if I am stopping there or if I am going to keep going! How did you determine your goal weight??

Mine is determined by the weight I was when I felt the most confident in life.2

I went a further 5lbs below my original goal weight to give me a bit of leeway but those extra few pounds made a difference to my shape enough for me to decide that lower weight was more my ideal. I could probably stand to lose another 7lbs but its easy for me to maintain my current weight whereas it would take much more effort to go even lower and imo its not worth it.

Hey everyone! I did weight watchers for most of it and just started making better food choices. I walk 2-3 miles 6 days a week and do some weight lifting. I still am not where I want to be but I am getting closer!1

That is so awesome!! I am personally not going to go by a number for a goal but just when I get to the point that I am healthy and toned to my liking. I will continue with making better food choices and exercising each week even once I am where I am happy just to make sure I don't bounce back.1
