Frustration with the scale not moving
So I've been following a fairly strict diet and exercise routine for about 3 weeks now and the scale has not moved a bit. I am an18 year old female, 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 180 lbs I'm eating completely vegan, rarely any sugar that's not from a fruit, 1500 calories a day, with running 2-3 miles on a treadmill 5 days…
