Calorie surplus on fat loss diet
If you overeat while on a fat loss diet and you are doing resistence traning, will you gain fat or muscle??? I am having hard time sticking to diet and I end up overeating ( from my target calories ) but my weight training is consistent

Circuit training or one by one exercise ?
I had been doing workouts in circuits I.e. finish one set of each exercise ( I'd usually do 12-13 exercises) without rest in between. Then take 2-3 minutes rest and start again. don't see any physical changes yet
I have lost 20 pounds so far in 7 weeks but i don't feel any physical changes actually even when my waist came down to 38 from 40. I have been exercising everyday and have made sure it's not muscle mass that i lost. When do i start feeling those physical changes ?
