Should i recomp ?

Hello I'm 5"2 and my current weight Is 62kg. I am confused if I should lose few more kgs first or do body recomp ?

    Hazarding a guess, you might be a little out of the healthy BMI range. I suggest following the above posters advice but at the end of the day, you should do what you feel comfortable with. What do you want to achieve?

    Agreed, I'd try to lose down to 55kg or so and start lifting now if you aren't already.

    You have quite a lot of fat to lose then. Quite a long way before you can consider switching to maintenance.
