Obsession with Soda?
Is/Has anyone else ever had an obsession with Soda? Before I started dieting I drunk 2L of Pepsi A DAY. The thing I always remember is how quickly liquid calories add up. 9 months ago I switched to water. It's more refreshing, actually quenches thirst and is healthier.

How many inches have you lost?
I don't know if many of you have kept up with your inches lost or not but I thought it might be cool to see how many inches everybody has lost so far. I had a 48-50" waist, and my biggest pair of trousers, purchased in February this year, were a 50". Now, everything I buy is a 34" :)

Not eating enough?
In my first 2 weeks of dieting I lost 12Ibs, over the past week my weight has remained the same. I've had a few days where I've only been eating 700-1,000 calories despite MFP recommending I intake 2,000. I'm aware that my weight loss will slow down and it will get more difficult, could this be a factor as to why my weight…
