Sup fitness pals...just a quick question for anyone. Is it bad to have a post workout snack or fruit smoothie after a late night workout? I work full time and i hate going to the gym early in the AM so i go after work at nights...are these post workout snacks or smoothies killing my progress? Fyi..i am in a caloric deficit…
