Sup fitness pals...just a quick question for anyone. Is it bad to have a post workout snack or fruit smoothie after a late night workout? I work full time and i hate going to the gym early in the AM so i go after work at nights...are these post workout snacks or smoothies killing my progress? Fyi..i am in a caloric deficit and i also cut out all liquids except water.

No, unless you're going over on your calories for the day. It doesn't matter what time you eat.0

I have a snack after my workout. Or drink a recovery drink no matter the time. If you arent over your intake goal...youre good

Myth. The only time I have in my day to work out is late evening. I always have a post workout snack or shake (often both) after my shower. And I've been losing steadily all along.1 -
