I can't stop snacking. I eat a meal and then I get hungry again and snack on sooooo much food how can I stop. I feel my snacking is the thing that is making me put on weight.
I do exercise once and then I get bored and stop. How can I stick to my exercise plan
Get a small pack lunch box and fill with a few things that u would normally snack on, make sure there is only a couple hundred calories in it. Put it in the fridge and through out the day only snack on the things in the box. Because there is only a few things in it u will naturally want to save it for later.
