Find something you aren't bored with? Kickboxing is a great workout that varies each time. Take a bootcamp class, the group encouragement can really be helpful. Swimming, running, weight lifting, spinning... There are so many options, you don't need to be bored. Try some different things until you find something you are excited about!1

Do something you enjoy that includes exercise/movement rather than seeing exercise as something you do for its own sake.
At your age would say try everything.
Also build activity into your daily life. If you sit on your *kitten* all week and exercise once in a blue moon that's going to reflect in how you look (as well as your health).0 -
Pick something you like. I don't enjoy running, I start for a bit but never stick to it. I love lifting. I love hitting new PRs and constantly becoming stronger and more capable than last time. Plus astetics are pretty great. Try out new things and find something you like0

make it fun, usually doing it outdoors works for me if you're around a nature trail/wildlife filled areas. Or join a class like zumba or water aerobics etc. where you'll also make friends and be held accountable.0

I used to get bored too. That's why I love the Insanity max 30 program. It is different every day and you switch moves every 30-60 seconds. I don't have the opportunity to get bored before it changes.
You have to find something you enjoy that challenges you.0
