Looking into cutting up and am a little confused on how this fitness pal diary works. Because I burned 500 calories at the gym it's telling me to eat those calories back. Is this right?
I am new to finesspal and always dieted with a daily of around 1400. Now I am seeing on this sight that the calories that i burnt at the gym i can add the total to my daily intake. This does not make any sense to me. Can someone explain to me why my food diary is telling me to eat more? TIA
